Foundation...

Since I started crossfit I found out immediatley that nutrition is the key to success. It is not only essential when trying to meet your fitness goals, but also life long goals! I do crossfit to not only increase work capacity, but to live a long functional life. In order for me to achieve all of my goals, fitness and life, I have to know what I'm putting in my body and it's affect.
