Since I started crossfit I found out immediatley that nutrition is the key to success. It is not only essential when trying to meet your fitness goals, but also life long goals! I do crossfit to not only increase work capacity, but to live a long functional life. In order for me to achieve all of my goals, fitness and life, I have to know what I'm putting in my body and it's affect. Fight Resistance!

I just started reading Think and Grow Rich today...WOW!!! I have failed many times in my life, but like this book talks about I am using those experiences and I know I will succeed! I have set my mind to many goals this year, and years to come. I now know what I am capable of, and will let nothing stop me from achieving everything my heart desires.
Just a quick little something from the book: Did you know Marconi's "friend" had him check out at a psychopathic hospital, because he told him, "I can send messages through the air without any wires, or other direct physical means of communication." Think about all the people who have achieved greatness, and all the people who said they were crazy for thinking the way they did!
