I set goals every day for myself in all areas of my life. My latest goal in fitness is for 2011...Qualify for the Crossfit Games 2011!! I am making moves, and training harder than ever before. Give it all I've got, eat clean, and recover...I will succeed!

Have you challenged yourself today? This is a question I have started asking myself everyday. Did I push as hard as I could? Did I give my all in every second of the workout? Did I do something I've been putting off because of my own fear? Everyday I want you to ask yourself these things...Are you being honest with yourself?! Challenge yourself today. Shoot for the stars, and if you fall short you'll land on the clouds.
