Ever since I discovered the paleolithic diet I not only feel better,but my performance in workouts and every day life is better than ever! To sum it up in simple terms... eat lean meats, some fruit, vegetables,seeds and nuts,little starch and no sugar. This equals better performance and fast weight and fat loss.
