Pushin Weight!!


I remember the days of going to a big globo gym with a lot of equipment I never saw people using. Doing the same ole thing...going to the gym for hours at a time working on my chest and triceps one day, and back and biceps the next. I might throw in running on the tredmill for about 15 minutes every once in a while. Sure I might have looked ok, but I didnt mention I smoked a pack of cigarettes a day! WOW, that's healthy!! The days of vanity training are long gone for me. I train today to be functional mobile, and most importantly healthy. That is what crossfit is about...being the best at whatever you do in every day life. Have you ever had to pick something up and lift it over your head? In crossfit terms that is a clean and jerk, the very movement I am preforming in this picture. It is a functional way to get heavy amounts of weight over your head. Try curling 205 pounds over your head...dosent work. If you want to be better faster, and stronger than you've ever been in your life and still look good while doing it...give us a shout.
