Functional Fitness At It's Best!

We are creatures created to be mobile...Run,jump,squat,sit up,climb things, get yourself out of bed for crying out loud! Somewhere along the way we loose the motivation to do things as simple as these. You don't need a huge fancy gym, with tons of equipment you probably don't know how to use anyway. All you need is yourself and the motivation to use the body God gave you to get yourself into the best shape of your life. The video is functional training at it's best, but try this and tell me how you feel...
